Diary of Events
- Entries close and must be received before 5:00pm on Friday February 10th 2012 LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

- All works to be delivered to the Crystal Theatre Portland on Wednesday 29th February between 8:15am and 11:00am.
- LATE DELIVERIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Exhibition closes Sunday 4th March 2012 at 4:00pm.
- Collection of unsold works Sunday 4th March 2012 from 4:30 to 6.00pm. NO LATE COLLECTIONS PLEASE AS WE HAVE NO STORAGE SPACE.

Exhibitors, partners and friends are invited to attend the exhibition.
- Friday 2nd March 2012 7:00pm to 10:30pm. Official opening 8:30pm.
- Saturday 3rd March 10:00am to 5:00pm.
- Sunday 4th March 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Pick-up art from 4.30pm to 6.00pm Sunday
Featured Artists Award ($250.00) Winner announced 2.00pm Sunday

Conditions of Entry for 2012
Art submitted must be the original work of the entrant and must be for sale. (any medium, plus etchings will be accepted)
- Entries are limited to three paintings per person. fee of $5 per work OR miniatures limited to 6 paintings with a fee of $5 for 2 works.
- Each painting must be suitably finished and ready for immediate hanging.
- No wet paintings allowed.
- Details to be displayed on back of painting: Artist’s name, address, title of work and price.
- The maximum size of any painting including the frame, shall be 1.3m in width. Miniatures - painted surface 10cm x 10cm approx and framed size 20cm x 20cm approx.

- Paintings are to be delivered and despatched to and from the Crystal Theatre, Wolgan Street, Portland NSW at the expense of the artist. See Diary of events for dates.
- The exhibitor is responsible for arranging insurance for their work if desired. Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure the security of paintings the Portland Art. Soc. Inc can not accept responsibility for damage to, or loss of paintings arising out of entry or participation. A commission fee of 20% will be deducted from the sale price on all works sold.
- An entry fee of $5.00 for each painting submitted, must accompany the entry form. Please make Cheque or Money order payable to Portland Art Society Inc. 2 Miniatures are counted as one painting. CLICK HERE to download the Artist Entry Form
- All entries will be seen by the Portland Art Purchase Society Selection Committee and advisor but will be exhibited at their discretion. A limited number of paintings can be hung. Judges decision final.
- This exhibition is not an art show and there is no associated prize money.
